Fall Tune Up Special

The main reason for performing a pre-season heating check is to certify the unit is safe and will perform as designed. Each year numerous deaths, illness, injuries, and property damage, occur as the result of dangerous heating units being used.

Our fall Gas Furnace service special includes; Check and test the furnace safety devices, gas pressure, temperature rise, pilot devices, thermostat, flue, heat exchanger, burners, blower, blower motor and air filter. Clean of Heat exchanger and burners and lubricate moving parts

Our fall Heat Pump service special includes; Check and test the Heat Pump safety devices, refrigerant charge, condenser fan motor, condenser coil, compressor, reversing valve, thermostat, back-up heat strips, blower, blower motor and filter. Clean condenser and lubricate moving parts.
